After graduating college from the University of Vermont in 2001, I worked as a consultant in Boston in the process of reducing risk and liability for lender real estate transactions, including multimillion dollar residential, commercial and industrial property portfolios. After previously paying close attention to the California real estate market and living in San Diego for the past year, I have realized the great potential for real estate investments on the west coast. As such, I have joined the Watkins Realty Group to help others achieve great success within the real estate market for investment purposes or the sole purpose of finding the perfect home to live.
